I have received and shared IOM information for many years and I'm a nutritional consultant owning and operating health food stores for many years. I'm on this site for vitamin d information! It's interesting when you google---what is a toxic dose of vitamin d in Canada, I wass concerned when my level was 230 and the range is 50--125 and the toxic range in Canada is 375nmo1/L

Thank you very much for this information. The story you shared is fascinating.

In 2003, I attended a cardiovascular symposium in Tucson, AZ, that focused on the inflammatory aspect of CV issues. I always run inflammation panels to gain greater insights into my patients' lipoprotein profiles. No one else does in a small town with at least 50 practitioners. This paradigm shift is long overdue.
